How Novalaric collects, uses, protects, retains, and shares information required to operate its services.
Effective August 13, 2026Information collected
Novalaric may collect identity and contact details, organization information, project requirements, account and order identifiers, messages, support records, onboarding status, website and technical access details, payment status, consent records, and security or diagnostic information needed to provide services. Payment card information is handled by the configured payment provider and is not stored by NovalaricPortal.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, prepare and approve work, create and verify orders, provide services, manage accounts, communicate, prevent abuse, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations, and improve operations.
Service providers and disclosures
Information may be shared only as needed with WooCommerce, payment and financing providers, hosting and domain providers, email delivery services, security tools, NovaSetup, NovaLicensing, and professional advisers. Novalaric does not sell personal information.
Retention
Operational records are retained for the configured business, security, tax, dispute, and legal periods, then archived or deleted when appropriate. Credentials should be removed or rotated when no longer needed.
Security
Novalaric uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, access controls, validation, and audit records. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal information, subject to identity verification and legal retention requirements. You may also manage account information and communication preferences through available account tools.
Children and updates
Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children. Material policy updates receive a new effective date or policy version.
