Terms of Service
The commercial and service rules that apply when you request, approve, purchase, or use Novalaric services.
Effective August 13, 2026Services and approved scope
Novalaric provides website build, recovery, protection, hosting, messaging, and related digital services. The service description, approved NovaCustomBuild, WooCommerce product, order, or written confirmation defines the work purchased. Anything outside that approved scope requires separate written approval.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, ownership, access, content, and project information; maintain lawful rights to all submitted materials; keep required third-party accounts available; and respond to approval requests within the agreed timeframe.
Pricing and payment
Prices, deposits, first service terms, approved additions, taxes, and payment timing appear in the authoritative build or WooCommerce order. Financing is a request subject to eligibility, provider approval, and verified funding. NovalaricPortal does not make a lending decision.
Recurring and third-party services
Hosting, protection, messaging, domains, and other ongoing services are sold for the stated initial term. Renewal cadence and price must be confirmed before approval. Automatic renewal applies only when the authoritative commerce product and checkout expressly state it. Domain, platform, payment, licensing, premium asset, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable once incurred.
Approvals, schedule, and revisions
Delivery estimates begin after payment conditions, access, onboarding, and required materials are complete. Delays caused by missing access, content, approvals, third parties, emergencies, or approved scope changes adjust the schedule. Revisions are limited to those stated in the approved scope.
Intellectual property and portfolio use
You retain rights to materials you lawfully provide. Ownership or licensing of final work transfers only as stated in the approved scope and after required payment. Novalaric retains its pre-existing tools, methods, code, and reusable systems. Public portfolio use requires a lawful basis and respects written confidentiality commitments.
Suspension and termination
Novalaric may pause work or access for nonpayment, unsafe or unlawful activity, missing cooperation, security risk, or material breach. Either party may end services according to the approved scope and Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Service limitations
Services depend on WordPress, hosting, domains, payment providers, plugins, networks, and other third parties. Novalaric does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, search ranking, revenue, security against every threat, or a specific commercial result. Any liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and the controlling written agreement.
