Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellation and refund requests are evaluated across NovaCustomBuild, NovaRescue, and NovaGuardian.
Effective August 13, 2026General rule
Refund eligibility depends on the product, approved scope, work completed, first service term, third-party costs, and payment state. Approved refunds return through the original payment method when available. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
NovaCustomBuild
Submitting a request does not create a charge. After scope approval and payment, completed work, reserved capacity, approved deposits, and non-recoverable third-party expenses may not be refundable. Any cancellation or refund calculation follows the accepted build snapshot and work completed through the cancellation date.
NovaRescue
NovaRescue begins with professional diagnosis and recovery work. The diagnostic portion may remain non-refundable once work begins. Any remaining refund depends on the purchased rescue terms, access supplied, recovery outcome, third-party limitations, and work performed. The product page and order must agree with this policy before checkout.
NovaGuardian
NovaGuardian covers the purchased protection or maintenance term. Cancellation prevents future manually invoiced or expressly configured renewal terms; it does not automatically refund a service term already started. A refund may be considered when the service has not begun or when required by applicable law.
Domains, hosting, licenses, and outside costs
Registration, renewal, hosting, premium assets, software licenses, gateway fees, and other third-party costs may be non-refundable after purchase or commitment.
How to request review
Submit the order number, purchaser email, product, reason, and relevant evidence through Novalaric Support. Novalaric will confirm receipt, review the authoritative order and service record, and communicate the decision in writing. Chargebacks do not replace the support and refund-review process.
