You are responsible for maintaining accurate access credentials (domain, hosting, and email) throughout the recovery process. Missing or incorrect details may delay or prevent recovery.
Turnaround Disclaimer
Estimated turnaround times are based on access provided and site complexity. Times may vary in cases of severe damage, incomplete access, or third-party issues outside our control.
Post-Recovery Support
Each recovery includes a seven-day stability support window to ensure your site remains secure and functional. For continued care, we recommend upgrading to a NovaGuardian maintenance plan.

Hosting Options
After recovery, you will also have the option to move into Novalaric hosting — available on monthly or yearly plans — so your site stays protected and downtime becomes a thing of the past.
Refund Policy
If NovaRescue cannot recover your website, up to 80% of your payment will be refunded. A non-refundable diagnostic fee (20%) is retained to cover the professional time and resources used during the recovery attempt.
